The referee showed Remigio Tabby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes Red Owls FC got a freekick which was hit by Remigio Tabby. Ceferino Ugutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 10th minute, Armando Vedillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Gartzen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Martin Gartzen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Dabi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Red Owls FC's Remigio Tabby got his second yellow card of the match in the 14th minute. The referee ordered Remigio Tabby off the ground. Albino Dabi kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the game, Aureliano Peter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Owls FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave El Patron the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of Red Owls FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of El Patron:s goal. Ceferino Ugutz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amador Lopez's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. Rogelio Tirso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Red Owls FC's Dante Mitxel got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 87th minute, Albino Dabi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Albino Dabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Albino Dabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Gartzen having to interfere. The El Patron support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
