Manuel Arnalt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Lorencio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Pumas de B.Juarez's goal looked a bit too open when Diego Guerau came free, but Jose Natal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute of the match C.A.Talleres got a corner. Pumas de B.Juarez's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Diego Guerau ran over to the corner to take the kick. Virgilio Eutor made a great header on C.A.Talleres's corner, it was just that Pumas de B.Juarez's Jose Natal managed to reach the ball for a save. Arsenio Kaxen charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arsenio Kaxen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, Pumas de B.Juarez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Kaxen to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Pumas de B.Juarez getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Mauricio Musko hit a great ball. Abel Abadie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Jose Natal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baldomero Berdaitz in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manuel Arnalt saved C.A.Talleres from getting behind. Diego Guerau blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jose Natal having to make a save. Diego Guerau might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jose Natal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Diego Guerau ran back to his position shaking his head. Jose Natal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Guerau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 42 minutes of play, C.A.Talleres's Diego Guerau made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jose Natal was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 47th minute, Baldomero Berdaitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pumas de B.Juarez fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Guerau made a kick off. Pumas de B.Juarez's Jose Natal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Guerau in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomero Berdaitz in the 57th minute of play forced C.A.Talleres's goalkeeper Manuel Arnalt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When C.A.Talleres's Diego Guerau in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jose Natal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Guerau's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. After 71 minutes, Angelo Iraitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pumas de B.Juarez and the C.A.Talleres players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pumas de B.Juarez's Angelo Iraitz got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 75th minute, Pumas de B.Juarez's Baldomero Berdaitz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. In the 79th minute of the match Diego Guerau shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jose Natal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Pumas de B.Juarez's Jose Natal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Guerau in the 83rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Pumas de B.Juarez's zone, Mauro Telo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose Natal came out of the goal and Mauro Telo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Pumas de B.Juarez getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. David Gagriel hit a great ball. Alfredo Lorencio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Manuel Arnalt made a huge save. After 91 minutes of play Pumas de B.Juarez's Arsenio Kaxen was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Pumas de B.Juarez's Arsenio Kaxen got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Jose Natal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Nafarroa in the 96th minute of play. Although C.A.Talleres had been in control for most of the match, Pumas de B.Juarez still came away with the win.
