Bernabe Caradaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 16th minute, Epifanio Quinteros made a precise shot to the right of Bernabe Caradaro. Gaviotas FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Bernabe Caradaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Quinteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After 22 played minutes Gaviotas FC got a freekick which was hit by Elpidio Abechuco. Armando Ascencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Cresenciano in the 26th minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Gaston Abajas notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Gaviotas FC's Bernabe Caradaro. Bernabe Caradaro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 35 minutes into the match, Carrodilla's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Perutxo came free, but Armando Ascencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Carrodilla's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Eusko came free, but Armando Ascencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armando Ascencio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arturo Cresenciano's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Gaston Abajas made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Gaviotas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Abajas came free, but Bernabe Caradaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The tension between the Carrodilla and the Gaviotas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Carrodilla getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Gaston Abajas hit a great ball. After 56 played minutes Gaviotas FC got a freekick which was hit by Israel Viviano. Arturo Cresenciano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Ascencio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Gaston Abajas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Bernabe Caradaro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th minute Fabian Quinten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Ascencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
