Venancio Etxeberri succeeded in the game's 4th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Roman Loiola hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Gaudencio Ramirez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Beltza in the 9th minute of the match. In the 12th minute Niceto Bonifaco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Celino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the La Cruzada FC defense, Venancio Etxeberri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaudencio Ramirez. The La Cruzada FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaudencio Ramirez should have stopped the shot. In the 17th minute, Venancio Etxeberri made a precise shot to the right of Gaudencio Ramirez. La Cruzada FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Ruperto Llin hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Hipolito Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruperto Llin kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. If Niceto Bonifaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Norberto Louis kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Venancio Etxeberri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauro Celino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Bonifaco in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Etxeberri in the 36th minute of play forced La Cruzada FC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Ramirez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Bonifaco in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauro Celino saved POTENCIA FC from getting behind. La Cruzada FC's attentive Rodrigo Matai managed to snatch the ball when Cosme Arano made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. 42 minutes into the match, La Cruzada FC's Rodrigo Matai broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niceto Bonifaco to make the kick off. Gaudencio Ramirez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Louis in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, La Cruzada FC's Roman Loiola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauro Celino made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Hipolito Barbosa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute Roman Loiola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Celino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to POTENCIA FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Anastasio Hotz hit a great ball. Niceto Bonifaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Celino having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, POTENCIA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Niceto Bonifaco came free, but Mauro Celino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hipolito Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Niceto Bonifaco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Celino having to interfere. Hipolito Barbosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. La Cruzada FC's Gaudencio Ramirez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Beltza in the 82nd minute of play. A collision led to POTENCIA FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Antonio Hechter hit a great ball. In the 87thth minute of the game Niceto Bonifaco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but POTENCIA FC's Mauro Celino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mauro Celino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Bonifaco in the 89th minute of the match. Roman Loiola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Mauro Celino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Norberto Louis during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the final whistle went the supporters of POTENCIA FC were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant La Cruzada FC side.
