With a little luck, Chañarito's Zacarias Jerrald got control of the ball when Rogelio Arce tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute, Rogelio Arce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zacarias Jerrald was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Cayetano Lamberto put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ramon Malvin. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Cayetano Lamberto sped through Colón de Santa Fe's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ramon Malvin. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Chañarito had played much better football throughout.
