Cayetano Lamberto did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Astor Sein 3 minutes into the match. In the 6th match minute, Deportivo Español was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Fonda to maneuver through the defense. Inocencio Hodei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Chañarito's Gogo Lauren got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute, Cristian Truylos sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chañarito's Zacarias Jerrald didn't even have to move. The supporters of Chañarito booed when Deportivo Español was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celedonio Fonda didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chañarito's Gogo Lauren got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 18th match minute, Deportivo Español was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celedonio Fonda to maneuver through the defense. In the 26thth minute of the game Cayetano Lamberto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Español's Astor Sein was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 27 minutes in the game, Cayetano Lamberto fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Astor Sein having to interfere. After 28 played minutes Deportivo Español got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Fonda. After 30 played minutes Deportivo Español got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Arias. In the 32nd minute, Celedonio Fonda made a precise shot to the right of Zacarias Jerrald. Chañarito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Cayetano Lamberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Fanuco in the 39th minute of play forced Chañarito's goalkeeper Zacarias Jerrald to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Deportivo Español's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Lamberto came free, but Astor Sein reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chañarito's Celestino Cuarto got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Chañarito's Tiburcio Mikelar got a free kick in the 45th minute. Cristian Truylos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zacarias Jerrald. Chañarito's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cayetano Lamberto was the one to do the kick off. Gogo Lauren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Astor Sein having to make a save. Astor Sein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Hodei, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cayetano Lamberto in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Astor Sein saved Deportivo Español from getting behind. When Andres Domenec fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deportivo Español's protests and gave Andres Domenec a yellow card for diving instead. Andres Domenec hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Zacarias Jerrald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Fanuco in the 66th minute of the match. In the 71st match minute, Deportivo Español was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Arias to maneuver through the defense. Tiburcio Loco struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Astor Sein didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chañarito. Cipriano Ebardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gerardo Rexino hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 81st match minute, Chañarito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celestino Cuarto to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Chañarito's Zacarias Jerrald got control of the ball when Cipriano Ebardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Astor Sein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Lamberto, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Astor Sein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Lamberto in the 92nd minute of play. Paulo Fanuco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Zacarias Jerrald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chañarito had won after a very even match.
