Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Omar Rios notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Gimnasia y Esgrima LP's Eduardo Ekialde. Eduardo Ekialde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Omar Rios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Ekialde having to interfere. Enrique Beliran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Guido Herrera having to make a save. Emanuel Quexal hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the last second Eduardo Ekialde throw himself and got hold of the ball when Omar Rios in the 26thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Perinola's Guido Herrera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Tadzio in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Gimnasia y Esgrima LP's Delmiro Oalo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Delmiro Oalo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Gimnasia y Esgrima LP protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Delmiro Oalo had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 30th minute, one of Gimnasia y Esgrima LP:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gimnasia y Esgrima LP. The goalkeeper, Eduardo Ekialde, was totally fooled by Perinola's Ismael Quintun, who 32 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 43rd minute, Jonas Erramun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Omar Rios made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Osvaldo Saturnin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perinola's supporters rose to their feet, but Osvaldo Saturnin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Ekialde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 55th minute Osvaldo Saturnin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Ekialde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Perinola's zone, Cecilio Tadzio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guido Herrera came out of the goal and Cecilio Tadzio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Cecilio Tadzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartolo Soin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 72 played minutes Cecilio Tadzio rounded Perinola's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. In the 75th minute, Cecilio Tadzio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Gimnasia y Esgrima LP booed when Perinola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Ihintza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enrique Beliran sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Bartolo Soin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-3 to the left of a surprised Guido Herrera 81 minutes into the match. Bartolo Soin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Guido Herrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Perinola's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cecilio Tadzio fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The throw-in from Americo Vidal in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Gimnasia y Esgrima LP's Enrique Beliran. Cecilio Tadzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Guido Herrera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
