In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boca Juniors Sur's goalkeeper Camilo Madaleno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Nestor Urbasa came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the QBSLC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestor Urbasa couldn't finish the play. Nestor Urbasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Camilo Madaleno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Benigno Joanes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Juniors Sur's zone, Nestor Urbasa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Madaleno came out of the goal and Nestor Urbasa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benigno Baraquiel struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Camilo Madaleno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for QBSLC. Benigno Baraquiel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Vladimiro Fernandez came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the QBSLC fans jumped to their feet. In the 38th minute, QBSLC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Baldomiro Barrionuevo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 94 played minutes QBSLC got a freekick which was hit by Osvaldo Isusko. The Boca Juniors Sur fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. QBSLC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
