Sebastian Palben showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elias Dino, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Armando Feo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Ado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 minutes, Marcial Sengrat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suplentes Que Lastiman and the Libertad FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Suplentes Que Lastiman getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Marcial Sengrat hit a great ball. In the 46th minute of the match Hermengildo Hitz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sebastian Palben skillfully saved the ball. Libertad FC's Armando Feo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Ado in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elias Dino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Donato Mosen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Enrique Ado dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Armando Feo, 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvador Enetz during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Armando Feo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Ado in the 89th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Donato Mosen got free with Armando Feo in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Suplentes Que Lastiman eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
