Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mazzeteam's Aurelio Fortun started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Chorroarín getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Leon Mercurio hit a great ball. Herminio Matthew who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Rafael Erasto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Rafael Erasto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herminio Matthew went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chorroarín fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! 24 minutes into the match, Mazzeteam's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Jacob came free, but Rafael Erasto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moises Elazar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Richie in the 26th minute of play. Aurelio Fortun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Moises Elazar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. If Aurelio Fortun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chorroarín's Agustin Jacob got a free kick in the 31st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gregorio Eyague during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Mazzeteam got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Eyague. In the 35th minute, Agustin Jacob reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rafael Erasto. The goal made the score 2-1. Agustin Jacob sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Angelo Laurendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Erasto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustin Jacob in the 47th minute of the match.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustin Jacob was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Mazzeteam's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Jacob came free, but Rafael Erasto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Celedonio Lluis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mazzeteam's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chorroarín the free kick. Celedonio Lluis kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Herminio Matthew had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agustin Jacob sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the game, Herminio Matthew cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Rafael Erasto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gregorio Eyague was shown his second yellow card after 74 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Chorroarín's Herminio Matthew got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Herminio Matthew struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Rafael Erasto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chorroarín. Mazzeteam's Rafael Erasto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustin Jacob in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chorroarín fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mazzeteam had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
