An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Manex in the 4th minute of play forced Leones Cristianos F.C.'s goalkeeper Fabio Basajaun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute, Amancio Ortle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 11 minutes, Amancio Ortle made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Leones Cristianos F.C.'s Fabio Basajaun tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Carlos Inguma hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. If Amancio Ortle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the game, Escalada FC's Amancio Ortle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Basajaun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Moises Manex took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabio Basajaun. Fabio Basajaun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. 35 minutes into the game, Escalada FC's Moises Manex nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Basajaun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 41st minute, Jacinto Valentine hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 45 minutes, Amancio Ortle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Escalada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amancio Ortle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Pascual Tiadoro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Leones Cristianos F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Escalada FC were winning 0-4.

The wind increased when Eloy Mundo made the kick off in the second half. Moises Manex's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Basajaun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. If Amancio Ortle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cosme Bortzaioriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eloy Mundo in the 59th minute of the match. Moises Manex's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Basajaun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Amancio Ortle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amancio Ortle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Basajaun having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Moises Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot. Escalada FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Manex was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Basajaun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th minute, Santo Domiku hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Amancio Ortle could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Fabio Basajaun however easily saved by the left post. In the 89th minute, Escalada FC's Moises Manex dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5.
