Nemesio Bakars short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Ambrosio Porfirio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Desiderio Derwin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Sustrai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Defensores de Tolkien defense, Narciso Ortzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Desiderio Derwin. The Defensores de Tolkien fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Desiderio Derwin should have stopped the shot. If Narciso Ortzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 played minutes Defensores de Tolkien got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Tomi. Salvador Gorri hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute of the match Bruno Ermano sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Desiderio Derwin skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Ortzi in the 98th minute of play forced Defensores de Tolkien's goalkeeper Desiderio Derwin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
