Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Newbery FC's Aquilino Nuno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Rivas in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Ilazki in the 6th minute of play forced Newbery FC's goalkeeper Aquilino Nuno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquilino Nuno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Rivas in the 9th minute of play. After 11 minutes of play, Marionetas Magicas F.C's Martin Ilazki made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquilino Nuno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aquilino Nuno came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Marionetas Magicas F.C's Martin Ilazki. But to his dismay, Martin Ilazki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Aurelio Honesto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Froilan Nofre made a huge save. In the 24th minute of the match Abel Dayam shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Froilan Nofre showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Saverio Harriet kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Marionetas Magicas F.C defense, Aurelio Honesto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Froilan Nofre. The Marionetas Magicas F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Froilan Nofre should have stopped the shot. In the 31st minute Martin Ilazki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquilino Nuno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aurelio Honesto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Froilan Nofre made a huge save. Froilan Nofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurelio Honesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Marionetas Magicas F.C's Froilan Nofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelio Honesto in the 41st minute of play. Newbery FC were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Marionetas Magicas F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Geronimo Elorri took the corner. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelio Honesto in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Froilan Nofre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Froilan Nofre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Santos Baudelio went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aurelio Honesto to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hermengildo Gartzi during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Marionetas Magicas F.C booed when Newbery FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Gartzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Israel Firmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Aquilino Nuno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Hermengildo Gartzi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 58 minutes had been played. Hermengildo Gartzi hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute of the game Arnoldo Pio made a throw-in which Ambrosio Aznar played forward. Marionetas Magicas F.C's Froilan Nofre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Everardo Jurdan in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marionetas Magicas F.C's goalkeeper Froilan Nofre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Aurelio Honesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Honesto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Nofre having to interfere. Geronimo Elorri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Santos Baudelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 86th minute, Aurelio Honesto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Israel Firmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Aquilino Nuno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 91 minutes, Everardo Jurdan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Newbery FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Everardo Jurdan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Everardo Jurdan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Nofre having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Santos Baudelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Newbery FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Santos Baudelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Froilan Nofre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Newbery FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
