Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Florencio Gimenez got the match started through his kick off. Bernardo Eguerdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Lauren in the 3rd minute of play. Adolfo Hever took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Mergildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Antonio Kemen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Javier Paz shot from long distance in the 19th minute, but Adolfo Hever was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Antonio Kemen's late challenge caught a Retrogrados F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Kemen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Antonio Kemen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of BOCA JUNIORS LA 12 booed when Retrogrados F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Paz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacinto Gaxan didn't quite understand what happened when in the 27 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 30 played minutes BOCA JUNIORS LA 12 got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Hulberto. In the 39th minute, Antonio Kemen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th match minute, BOCA JUNIORS LA 12 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Kemen to maneuver through the defense. If Fausto Mergildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

If Florencio Gimenez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Osvaldo Abeitia kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, BOCA JUNIORS LA 12's Jacinto Gaxan tried to score from far away in the 55th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Geronimo Bernal hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If Emanuel Lauren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fausto Mergildo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Lauren took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Eguerdi. Bernardo Eguerdi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1.
