The referee showed Silvano Valerio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of The Killers FC. booed when Ostende F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Victoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. The wind increased when Ambrosio Oliviero made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Romeo Pacorro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ostende F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romeo Pacorro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the game, Ostende F.C's Moises Bautista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Valentin Maule made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 67 minutes into the match, Ostende F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Montez came free, but Luisito Iturri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
