Tulumba FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 43rd minute, one of Tulumba FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tulumba FC. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Boniel was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match, Joaquin Ubelteso got a very nice opportunity to score, but Eusebio Ariando was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Gabriel Boniel sped through Chacras FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Augusto Romero. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gustavo Herauso during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Tulumba FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Herauso. Eusebio Ariando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Eyague, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Eusebio Ariando was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Maximo Justin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Maximo Justin really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Chacras FC's Ismael Maura slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eusebio Ariando. That made the score 2-4 after 91 minutes of play. Chacras FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
