The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Tadeo Poz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Tadeo Poz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felipe Chorache was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the game, Tomás Quintana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cabildo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sampdoria AC the free kick. Maximiliano Cristos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Feliberto Ramos made a huge save. Nicasio Alvarez kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. A collision led to Sampdoria AC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Prudencio Frans hit a great ball. In the 25th minute of the match Placido Arce shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Feliberto Ramos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 30th minute of the match, Maximiliano Cristos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Feliberto Ramos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 32nd match minute, Sampdoria AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Frans to maneuver through the defense. Tadeo Poz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Felipe Chorache stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeo Poz's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The supporters of Sampdoria AC booed when Cabildo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Cristos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sampdoria AC's Feliberto Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximiliano Cristos in the 51st minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Ruben Ferrando was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 59 minutes, Abel Tabby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cabildo and the Sampdoria AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Jacinto Lucila came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Sampdoria AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Lucila couldn't finish the play. 71 minutes into the match, Sampdoria AC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Quintana came free, but Feliberto Ramos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tadeo Poz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felipe Chorache having to interfere. Feliberto Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Tabby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Chorache stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeo Poz's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Sampdoria AC's Jacinto Lucila got a free kick in the 82nd minute. A collision led to Sampdoria AC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Jacinto Lucila hit a great ball. When Marciano Farias came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Sampdoria AC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marciano Farias couldn't finish the play. Tomás Quintana hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Sampdoria AC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Cabildo to leave the ground with a draw.
