Adela's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Eutropio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Lorenz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elias Cordeara struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Tomás Lorenz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Adela. Emanuel Urtungo kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Tomás Lorenz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Eutropio in the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th match minute, Fenix FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Camerino to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the match, Fenix FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Eutropio came free, but Tomás Lorenz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filomeno Eutropio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomás Lorenz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filomeno Eutropio in the 18th minute of play. Primitivo Quilino's late challenge caught a Fenix FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Primitivo Quilino helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Fenix FC booed when Adela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Quilino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnoldo Lleir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Banegas having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Cordeara in the 30th minute of play forced Fenix FC's goalkeeper Tomás Lorenz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arnoldo Lleir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, Elias Cordeara made a precise shot to the right of Tomás Lorenz. Fenix FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Igor Dolcet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Banegas having to interfere. Guaberto Mambru hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Lleir might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Banegas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arnoldo Lleir ran back to his position shaking his head. After 62 minutes, Horacio Venceslao mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Adela and the Fenix FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Fenix FC booed when Adela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Horacio Venceslao didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71 played minutes Fenix FC got a freekick which was hit by Celso Nabar. Elias Cordeara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tomás Lorenz having to make a save. Adela's Filomeno Eutropio got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonas Iratzeder hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Tomás Lorenz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Elias Cordeara showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 91 minute of play. Tomás Lorenz made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Filomeno Eutropio sent off a good shot on target. Adela's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
