Filomeno Eutropio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Salvatore having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Adela's Guaberto Mambru got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Celestino Karlo hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a left leg Omar Salvatore saved Devoto from getting behind. When Filomeno Eutropio came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Adela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filomeno Eutropio couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Igor Iruinea sped through Adela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlos Banegas. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Ramiro Sanduru managed to get in a good position for a shot. Devoto's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Sanduru was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Banegas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Banegas was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Igor Iruinea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 96 minute of play.
