The supporters of Imperio Galáctico FC booed when La cantera de Manuelita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Gotzon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Hermengildo Chale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Imperio Galáctico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hermengildo Chale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Imperio Galáctico FC booed when La cantera de Manuelita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Atauri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermegildo Jakes kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Nicolas Ubelteso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermengildo Chaime. Imperio Galáctico FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Ubelteso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Bemabe in the 25th minute of play forced Imperio Galáctico FC's goalkeeper Hermengildo Chaime to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Jose Mateus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Imperio Galáctico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jose Mateus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristo Natal in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermengildo Chaime prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hermengildo Chaime made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Ubelteso in the 36th minute of play. In the 41st minute, Nicolas Ubelteso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 42 played minutes Imperio Galáctico FC got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Honesto. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cristo Natal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Ubelteso's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hermengildo Chaime firmly grabbed it by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Ubelteso in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hermengildo Chaime saved Imperio Galáctico FC from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Imperio Galáctico FC's zone, Nicolas Ubelteso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Chaime came out of the goal and Nicolas Ubelteso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. La cantera de Manuelita's Aureliano Eyague was substituted for Pascual Selatse. 69 minutes into the match, Nicolas Ubelteso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermengildo Chaime. Imperio Galáctico FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicolas Ubelteso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Imperio Galáctico FC's Hermengildo Chaime proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Imperio Galáctico FC from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Nicolas Ubelteso took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Hermengildo Chaime to make any attempt to save it. After 80 played minutes La cantera de Manuelita got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Atauri. When Nicolas Ubelteso fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La cantera de Manuelita's protests and gave Nicolas Ubelteso a yellow card for diving instead.
