Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tebaldo Celada got the match started through his kick off. Tadeo Beltza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tebaldo Celada in the 4th minute of play. 5 minutes into the game, Tebaldo Celada cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Tadeo Beltza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 8th match minute, Estudiantes de La Plata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melchor Fidele to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Oscar Perez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeo Beltza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Tebaldo Celada scored 0-3 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeo Beltza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 17th minute, Tebaldo Celada ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tadeo Beltza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Tadeo Beltza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonardo Rodriguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alonzo Loramendi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 34th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mariano Urtungo. Benja y Mate's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Benja y Mate getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gaspar Ostadar hit a great ball. The supporters of Benja y Mate booed when Estudiantes de La Plata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Isidor didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Laureano Ferrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulino Hernandez to make the kick off. Leonardo Rodriguez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Beltza having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Benja y Mate's Oscar Perez dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-5. If Oscar Perez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulino Hernandez struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Mariano Urtungo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estudiantes de La Plata. Mariano Urtungo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulino Hernandez in the 70th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Paulino Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estudiantes de La Plata's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Hernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mariano Urtungo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alonzo Loramendi kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Tadeo Beltza was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Oscar Perez. When Laureano Ferrando came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Estudiantes de La Plata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laureano Ferrando couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Leonardo Rodriguez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benja y Mate's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Rodriguez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. When the final whistle sounded Benja y Mate left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Estudiantes de La Plata.
