Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Maurício Correia to make the kick off. After 76 played minutes Estudiantes de La Plata got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Iraitz. Estudiantes de La Plata played a much better game than Lobos FC and deserved their victory. The Lobos FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
