In the 3rd minute, Club Atlético Regina's Cirilo Dabi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Placido Pedroso during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 played minutes Club Atlético Regina got a freekick which was hit by Placido Pedroso. Liu Bin Nan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liu Bin Nan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 18thth minute tested the skills of Melquiades Nabar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Venancio Laurendi in the 23rd minute of play forced Club Atlético Regina's goalkeeper Nicanor Eudoxio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Nabar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Dabi in the 26th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Poderoso Gael got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Peter. Omar Ubelteso was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 31st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 33rd play minute Liu Bin Nan came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Melquiades Nabar. 2-0. Melquiades Nabar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Pedroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Liu Bin Nan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Cirilo Dabi put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Melquiades Nabar. After having played for 59 minutes, Cirilo Dabi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atlético Regina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cirilo Dabi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 67th minute Liu Bin Nan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melquiades Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Liu Bin Nan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Liu Bin Nan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Regina's supporters rose to their feet, but Liu Bin Nan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Nabar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicanor Eudoxio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateo Gartzi in the 80th minute of play. If Cirilo Dabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Liu Bin Nan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Nabar having to interfere.
