Emilio Gaufred fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaudencio Rafel having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, Paolo Satordi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Talagapa AFC's Fernan Dalmu. Fernan Dalmu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gaudencio Rafel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Gaufred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eusebio Perez charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eusebio Perez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Angastaco's Eusebio Perez got a free kick in the 37th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Jesus Henrico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Fernan Dalmu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Gaufred in the 47th minute of play forced Angastaco's goalkeeper Gaudencio Rafel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jesus Henrico to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Angastaco's Clodoveo Unai got a free kick in the 56th minute. Gaudencio Rafel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emilio Gaufred's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 61st match minute, Talagapa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Foro to maneuver through the defense. Fernan Dalmu stood somewhat misplaced when Paolo Satordi came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 64 minute. In the 69th minute, Celedonio Ostots hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Pablo Gaizko sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Talagapa AFC's Fernan Dalmu didn't even have to move. Fernan Dalmu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jesus Henrico in the 74th minute of the match. If Emilio Gaufred had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernan Dalmu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Satordi in the 84th minute. Emilio Gaufred struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Gaudencio Rafel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Talagapa AFC. A collision led to Angastaco getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Gaston Mundo hit a great ball. If Emilio Gaufred had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Angastaco walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
