Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tiburcio Argenis took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jeronimo Asteri took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teofilo Benitez. Teofilo Benitez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 8 minutes, Denis Romero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Corea Grande and the Club Deportivo Olcaha players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcos Gergori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiburcio Argenis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Corea Grande defense, Claudio Fernado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Gergori. The Corea Grande fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Gergori should have stopped the shot. Teofilo Benitez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Jeronimo Asteri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teofilo Benitez. Club Deportivo Olcaha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jeronimo Asteri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The supporters of Corea Grande booed when Club Deportivo Olcaha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Deunoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeronimo Asteri came free with the goalkeeper in the 25th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Teofilo Benitez could save by the left post. Jeronimo Asteri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Claudio Fernado made a precise shot to the right of Marcos Gergori. Corea Grande's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Club Deportivo Olcaha's Teofilo Benitez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Txilar in the 36th minute of play. With his leg Teofilo Benitez managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when Corea Grande's Jeronimo Asteri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Denis Romero kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Romero in the 42nd minute of play forced Club Deportivo Olcaha's goalkeeper Teofilo Benitez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When Denis Romero was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 52 minutes had been played. Tiburcio Argenis hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Teofilo Benitez came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Corea Grande's Leonardo Txilar. But to his dismay, Leonardo Txilar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 59th minute Tiburcio Argenis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Gergori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeronimo Asteri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Txilar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Benitez having to interfere. Leonardo Txilar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Teofilo Benitez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 80 minutes, Leonardo Txilar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corea Grande's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Txilar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Jeronimo Asteri came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Corea Grande fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeronimo Asteri couldn't finish the play. Leonardo Txilar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Teofilo Benitez having to make a save. Teofilo Benitez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Asteri in the 96th minute of play.
