Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Carmelo Azevedo got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Zacarias Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Cordario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Pocho getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Edgardo Bortzaioriz hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Bartolo Galoer put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Anier Cordario. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pocho's goalkeeper Anier Cordario, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute Zacarias Selatse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Cordario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 minutes of play, Fassi AFC's Zacarias Selatse made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anier Cordario was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgardo Bortzaioriz got free with Severiano Garaona in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luis Menendo kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 26 played minutes Fassi AFC got a freekick which was hit by Bartolo Galoer. If Carmelo Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severiano Garaona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Bortzaioriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute Carmelo Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severiano Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severiano Garaona made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Edgardo Bortzaioriz sent off a good shot on target. Severiano Garaona was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Elvio Felipo. 41 minutes into the game, one of Fassi AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ovidio Millano was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 47 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pocho fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 47th minute. Penalty! After the first half Fassi AFC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bartolo Galoer to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Pocho's zone, Zacarias Selatse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Cordario came out of the goal and Zacarias Selatse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59thth minute of the game Bartolo Galoer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pocho's Anier Cordario was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Pocho's goalkeeper Anier Cordario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zacarias Selatse. Pocho's Anier Cordario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Galoer in the 63rd minute of play. A collision led to Pocho getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Edgardo Bortzaioriz hit a great ball. Zacarias Selatse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The goalkeeper, Anier Cordario, was totally fooled by Fassi AFC's Fabian Eder, who 74 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fulgencio Bernad during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Pocho's Fulgencio Bernad got a free kick in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Pocho's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarias Selatse came free, but Anier Cordario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 87 played minutes Pocho got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Ermano. Anier Cordario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Selatse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Fassi AFC fans' excitement grew in the 99th match minute when Fassi AFC's Bartolo Galoer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fassi AFC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
