Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Bortzaioriz in the 6th minute of play forced Mijayi F.C.'s goalkeeper Apolo Toribio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 8 minutes of play, Pocho's Edgardo Bortzaioriz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apolo Toribio was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute of the match Valentin Valente sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apolo Toribio skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Mijayi F.C. defense, Carmelo Azevedo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Apolo Toribio. The Mijayi F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Apolo Toribio should have stopped the shot. In the 30th minute, Eulalio Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 31 played minutes, Pocho's Valentin Valente shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Apolo Toribio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pocho reached it. Carmelo Azevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Cordario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aldo Franco in the 35th minute. Apolo Toribio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgardo Bortzaioriz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Higinio Barea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Cordario saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Valentin Maule hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Higinio Barea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anier Cordario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Anier Cordario stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Higinio Barea's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Edgardo Bortzaioriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pocho's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Bortzaioriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Apolo Toribio was a little too slow when Carmelo Azevedo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-3. Carmelo Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Toribio having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, Pocho's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Franco came free, but Anier Cordario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pocho's Carmelo Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the game, Carmelo Azevedo lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Apolo Toribio. A hard shot 84 in the game by Edgardo Bortzaioriz from a close distance when the talented Apolo Toribio managed to make a qualified save. Mijayi F.C.'s players were relieved. Fulgencio Bernad's late challenge caught a Mijayi F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Bernad helped the player get up and apologised. Fulgencio Bernad kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Higinio Barea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Cordario having to interfere. Higinio Barea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Pocho supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pocho would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
