Juventus FC's Angel Perutxo got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Raul Joachim fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Juventus FC's protests and gave Raul Joachim a yellow card for diving instead. Raul Joachim hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Altamira's goalkeeper Arsenio Sansone, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Anastasio Satordi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arsenio Sansone. Altamira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Satordi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a little luck, Altamira's Arsenio Sansone got control of the ball when Salvador Eder tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juventus FC's Israel Dalmu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Rumaldo in the 22nd minute of play. Abelardo Jordy lost his temper 24 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Juventus FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 23rd minute. Penalty! Juventus FC's Raul Joachim got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Altamira's Teodosio Tabor got a free kick in the 31st minute. Anastasio Satordi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Teodosio Tabor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 45 played minutes Juventus FC got a freekick which was hit by Raul Joachim. Israel Dalmu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robustiano Rumaldo's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
Arsenio Sansone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raul Joachim, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Anastasio Satordi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raul Joachim struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Arsenio Sansone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juventus FC. If Salvador Eder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Salvador Eder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 63rd minute Raul Joachim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Sansone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A beautiful save bye Altamira's goalie prevented a goal. In the 76th minute, Raul Joachim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Altamira's zone, Salvador Eder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arsenio Sansone came out of the goal and Salvador Eder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Anastasio Satordi came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Juventus FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anastasio Satordi couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, Juventus FC's Anastasio Satordi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arsenio Sansone narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benedicto Ermengol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Israel Dalmu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Eder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Juventus FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Altamira to win.
