Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Javier Cordarrol kicked off to start the match. 2 minutes into the match, Invernadas's goalkeeper Aristides Joachim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Indar. Javier Cordarrol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Santo Naldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Javier Cordarrol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Cordarrol in the 10th minute of play forced Cabal's goalkeeper Santo Naldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santo Naldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Socorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Invernadas's Aristides Joachim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Osmundo in the 12th minute of play. Aristides Joachim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Osmundo in the 14th minute of the match. Silvio Otsando hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute, Iker Socorro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Jeraldo in the 42nd minute of play forced Cabal's goalkeeper Santo Naldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alberto Osmundo came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Cabal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Osmundo couldn't finish the play. Javier Cordarrol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Alberto Osmundo made the kick off in the second half. If Javier Cordarrol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Santo Naldo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Armando Fix. When Tadeo Blasco fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cabal's protests and gave Tadeo Blasco a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, one of Cabal:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cabal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino Celino during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th match minute, Cabal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Celino to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Cabal defense, Silvio Otsando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Santo Naldo. The Cabal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Santo Naldo should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Invernadas had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
