Agatas Rimkus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Ceferino Lico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bedshaped's goalkeeper Ceferino Lico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bedshaped's Ceferino Lico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Bedshaped from getting a goal against them. Gaudencio Tuste's late challenge caught a Havana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gaudencio Tuste helped the player get up and apologised. After 14 played minutes Bedshaped got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Tuste. 15 minutes into the match, Havana FC's Agatas Rimkus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ceferino Lico narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ceferino Lico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Agatas Rimkus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Abeita's late challenge caught a Havana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudio Abeita helped the player get up and apologised. Claudio Abeita hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Ceferino Lico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agatas Rimkus in the 26th minute of play. During the 26th minute of the match Claudio Abeita completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Claudio Abeita a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 28thth minute of the game Agatas Rimkus who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bedshaped's Ceferino Lico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 31st minute, Angelino Aznar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ceferino Lico was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Eugenio Llanos struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Serafino Arnau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bedshaped. In the 47th minute, Agatas Rimkus fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Aznar in the 53rd minute of play forced Bedshaped's goalkeeper Ceferino Lico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Bedshaped getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Gaudencio Tuste hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolfo Gonchan during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes Bedshaped got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Gonchan. Bedshaped's Ceferino Lico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agatas Rimkus in the 58th minute of play. Ceferino Lico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agatas Rimkus in the 61st minute of play. Gaudencio Tuste hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 67th match minute, Bedshaped was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Tercero to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 68 minutes, Angelino Aznar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Havana FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelino Aznar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ceferino Lico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agatas Rimkus, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After some careless play in the Bedshaped defense, Agatas Rimkus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ceferino Lico. The Bedshaped fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ceferino Lico should have stopped the shot.
