The audience was convinced that Braulio Perutxo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Camilo Sarracino was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Donald McDonleavy struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Camilo Sarracino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rinconada. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The referee ignored 25 de mayo's protests and gave Rodrigo Calisto a yellow card for diving instead. Rodrigo Calisto kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Camilo Sarracino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Perutxo in the 70th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, 25 de mayo's Abel de Mendonça got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Donald McDonleavy succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 74th playminute. 90 minutes into the match, Braulio Perutxo notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of 25 de mayo's Camilo Sarracino. Camilo Sarracino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 93 minutes of play, 25 de mayo's Abel de Mendonça made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. 严星天 was left in no man's land by his defense there!
