The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Teodoro Aurre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruben Gorri might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edward Kinic. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ruben Gorri ran back to his position shaking his head. After 8 minutes, Cosme Gaxan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Intocables F.C and the del el unico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Intocables F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Gaxan to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Intocables F.C's goalkeeper Edward Kinic, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 14 played minutes del el unico got a freekick which was hit by Roman Cresencio. After 15 played minutes del el unico got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Remicio. Teodoro Aurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Intocables F.C fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Intocables F.C's Teodoro Aurre looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. del el unico's Anibal Lope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomero Artal in the 38th minute of play. Teodoro Aurre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Lope having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teodoro Aurre to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Baldomero Artal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anibal Lope was a little too slow when Teodoro Aurre got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacobo Elizardo during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jacobo Elizardo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Edward Kinic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Cresencio in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of del el unico booed when Intocables F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Ibar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodoro Aurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edward Kinic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Gorri in the 83rd minute of play. If Teodoro Aurre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Intocables F.C's Teodoro Aurre got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. del el unico's Anibal Lope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Aurre in the 90th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in del el unico's zone, Venancio Henrico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Lope came out of the goal and Venancio Henrico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Intocables F.C played a much better game than del el unico and deserved their victory. The del el unico players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
