Norberto Remicio's late challenge caught a Quimilí's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norberto Remicio helped the player get up and apologised. Quimilí's Patricio Gerazan was substituted for Laureano Milian. After 19 played minutes del el unico got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Remicio. After having played for 22 minutes, Inocencio Matia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quimilí's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Matia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Jacobo Nahia took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Anibal Lope to make any attempt to save it. Roman Cresencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aureliano Bazil kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Ovidio Lander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anibal Lope having to make a save. Eusebio Turi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Lope having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Eusebio Turi made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes, Florencio Lopez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quimilí and the del el unico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Quimilí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Lopez to maneuver through the defense. Ruben Gorri hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Anibal Lope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebio Turi in the 67th minute of the match. Anibal Lope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Inocencio Matia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgardo Breogan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Cresencio in the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Matia in the 75th minute of play forced del el unico's goalkeeper Anibal Lope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, del el unico's Aureliano Bazil got a free kick in the 78th minute. del el unico's Anibal Lope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Turi in the 79th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Florencio Lopez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anibal Lope was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Inocencio Matia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quimilí's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Matia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anibal Lope breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raul Caradaro's late challenge caught a Quimilí's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Caradaro helped the player get up and apologised. When the referee ended the match the Quimilí players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
