Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Braulio Cresconio got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bengolea AFC's zone, Cornelio Timo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Montay came out of the goal and Cornelio Timo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 9 minutes into the match, Timoteo Cordeal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rogelio Bihar. Intersport FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Timoteo Cordeal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Timoteo Cordeal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Rogelio Bihar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Timoteo Cordeal made a precise shot to the right of Rogelio Bihar. Intersport FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Cristo Montay took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Timo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the game, Cornelio Timo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cristo Montay. Cornelio Timo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Timo in the 26th minute of play forced Bengolea AFC's goalkeeper Cristo Montay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 27 minutes, Braulio Cresconio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bengolea AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Braulio Cresconio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Niceto Montrelle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Cornelio Timo sped through Bengolea AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristo Montay. If Braulio Cresconio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 44 minutes into the game, when Silvestre Acuña put in a rough tackle. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Niceto Montrelle to strike the kick off in the second half. Timoteo Cordeal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Rogelio Bihar made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Timoteo Cordeal got free with Rogelio Bihar in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Braulio Cresconio might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogelio Bihar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Braulio Cresconio ran back to his position shaking his head. Niceto Montrelle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Cristo Montay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Lidon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jaime Justin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Bihar having to interfere. In a very dangerous position, a player in Intersport FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niceto Montrelle during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 81 minutes into the game, Marcos Lidon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Intersport FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bengolea AFC the free kick. Marcos Lidon kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Niceto Montrelle recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristo Montay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Mikelats in the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Niceto Montrelle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Intersport FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. Rogelio Bihar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Cresconio in the 96th minute of play. When Braulio Cresconio came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Bengolea AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braulio Cresconio couldn't finish the play. The Intersport FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bengolea AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Bengolea AFC.
