Coronel Aguirre's Tomás Guillelmus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Lluc in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Coronel Aguirre's Blas Toli dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Eam FC's Justino Abeitia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Eam FC from getting a goal against them. If Arsenio Gergori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Ireno hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Eam FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coronel Aguirre the free kick. A collision led to Eam FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Cesar Ireno hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Blas Toli to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Coronel Aguirre's zone, Higinio Dabi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Guillelmus came out of the goal and Higinio Dabi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andres Erasto charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andres Erasto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd match minute, Coronel Aguirre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Erasto to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Lluc in the 54th minute of play forced Coronel Aguirre's goalkeeper Tomás Guillelmus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Guillelmus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Higinio Dabi went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Leopoldo Romo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 68 played minutes Eam FC got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Madaleno. The referee felt a red card was in order, 71 minutes into the game, when Celestino Normando put in a rough tackle. Reynaldo Primeiro walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Cesar Ireno kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of Eam FC booed when Coronel Aguirre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Romo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomás Guillelmus didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Eam FC's Higinio Dabi shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. With a little luck, Coronel Aguirre's Tomás Guillelmus got control of the ball when Lorenzo Monte tried to sneak it across the goal line. Higinio Dabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Higinio Dabi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eam FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Higinio Dabi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomás Guillelmus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Coronel Aguirre's zone, Cesar Ireno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Guillelmus came out of the goal and Cesar Ireno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Eam FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
