Ciriaco Chap took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Xacintu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Miguel Eli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kiricocho FC's Ciriaco Chap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Fernanco in the 14th minute of play. In the 24th minute Kiricocho FC were awarded a corner. Santo Gelmiro went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Santo Gelmiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Silverio Errando quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kiricocho FC's Ciriaco Chap played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Fernanco in the 27th minute of play. If Enrique Gurutz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saul Veronica charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saul Veronica the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpected shot in the 45th minute by Enrique Gurutz got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Amadeo Paublo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kiricocho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Paublo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silverio Errando breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anier Salvino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Silverio Errando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 55th minute, Epifanio Tome got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Enrique Gurutz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Errando having to interfere. Silverio Errando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Gurutz in the 61st minute of play. Amadeo Paublo hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After 67 played minutes Kiricocho FC got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Fagildo. After 69 played minutes, Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's Alejandro Hernando shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ciriaco Chap came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil reached it. After having played for 72 minutes, Epifanio Tome managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kiricocho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Epifanio Tome was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil's zone, Enrique Gurutz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silverio Errando came out of the goal and Enrique Gurutz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enrique Gurutz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Silverio Errando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Hilario Fagildo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kiricocho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil the free kick. Alejandro Hernando was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 77th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Epifanio Tome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Enrique Gurutz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgard Ixona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Silverio Errando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciriaco Chap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Fernanco in the 85th minute of play. In the 88th minute Enrique Gurutz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Errando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Gurutz in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silverio Errando saved Ferrocarril Sud de Tandil from getting behind.
