Saturnino Nisio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Milian, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Florencio Tabb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Leon Benvide tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, Villa del Parque F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Pereyra to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute, Gabriel Pereyra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Villa del Parque F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Milian came free, but Saturnino Nisio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Hermelando in the 38thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leon Benvide, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ramiro Bartuelo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leon Benvide having to interfere. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leon Benvide showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fidel Hermelando hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnaldo Milian made a kick off. Ramiro Bartuelo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Arnaldo Milian struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Saturnino Nisio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Club. Saturnino Nisio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Barbosa in the 64th minute. After 65 played minutes Villa del Parque F.C got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Pereyra. In the 66th match minute, Villa del Parque F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Bartuelo to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Hermelando in the 70th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Leon Benvide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saturnino Nisio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Milian in the 72nd minute of play.
