Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Baldomiro Tartalo got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Atlético Santa Clara's Honorato Peter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evaristo Gines made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Baldomiro Tartalo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Mariano Hermelando to make any attempt to save it. MZ 2018's Herminio Enetz got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Herminio Enetz took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mariano Hermelando. Mariano Hermelando dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 23 minutes into the match, MZ 2018's goal looked a bit too open when Uriel Txema came free, but Evaristo Gines reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Herminio Enetz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mariano Hermelando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herminio Enetz got free with Mariano Hermelando in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Baldomiro Tartalo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 32 minutes into the match, Atlético Santa Clara's Uriel Txema sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evaristo Gines narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to MZ 2018 getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Roman Arnau hit a great ball. Leopoldo Dominix charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leopoldo Dominix the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Atlético Santa Clara's Leopoldo Dominix got a free kick in the 35th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Atlético Santa Clara's Uriel Txema sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evaristo Gines narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Uriel Txema took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evaristo Gines. Evaristo Gines dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Uriel Txema scored 2-3 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Evaristo Gines, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Mariano Vasco kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Honorato Peter kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Herminio Enetz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mariano Hermelando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Enetz in the 57th minute of the match. In the 67th minute Baldomiro Tartalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Hermelando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, MZ 2018's Evaristo Gines got control of the ball when Honorato Peter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mariano Hermelando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Tartalo in the 72nd minute of play. Mariano Hermelando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Enetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to MZ 2018 getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Silvestre Pepillo hit a great ball. Honorato Peter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evaristo Gines having to interfere. Mariano Hermelando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Tartalo in the 96th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Baldomiro Tartalo notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Atlético Santa Clara's Mariano Hermelando. Mariano Hermelando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Atlético Santa Clara players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MZ 2018.
