In the 34th minute Laureano Berbiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Gaztea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute of the match, Camilo Peter tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Esteve Gaztea saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Laureano Berbiz managed to get in a good position for a shot. DEPORTIVO ZAETA's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Berbiz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteve Gaztea breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maximiliano Berenguer's late challenge caught a DEPORTIVO ZAETA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximiliano Berenguer helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes Peca FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximiliano Berenguer. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Peca FC's Maximiliano Berenguer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luciano Abadia in the 96 minute of the game.
