When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Angelo Eriz sped through Cochequingam's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gervasio Ixona. A collision led to Cochequingam getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Severiano Pero hit a great ball. If Angelo Eriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lemoncetto's Modesto Frasquito got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gervasio Ixona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Todor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Eriz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Gervasio Ixona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelo Eriz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gervasio Ixona read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of Cochequingam booed when Lemoncetto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Eriz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severiano Pero to make the kick off. Siro Miro made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Hipolito Kusko sent off a good shot on target. When Guido Nesto fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cochequingam's protests and gave Guido Nesto a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lemoncetto booed when Cochequingam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guido Nesto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Modesto Frasquito charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 79th minute of the match, Severiano Pero tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Siro Miro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 81st minute Severiano Pero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siro Miro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
