An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Gomesano in the 20th minute of play forced Koi's goalkeeper Basilio Asur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Epifanio Harriet came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Koi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Epifanio Harriet couldn't finish the play. Basilio Asur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Gomesano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Anier Lehoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Saturnino Gagriel in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernan Gabino saved Cangallo AFC from getting behind. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saturnino Gagriel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Saturnino Gagriel put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hernan Gabino. Basilio Asur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Armando Gomesano went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Cangallo AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
