Stuartt FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Macedo AFC the free kick. Candido Txeru's late challenge caught a Stuartt FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Candido Txeru helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Stuartt FC booed when Macedo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Txeru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eleuterio Remigio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dario Matxin's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. In the 29th minute of the game Candido Txeru made a throw-in which Dionisio Suero played forward. Romulo Bikendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundo Sanduru having to interfere. Eusebio Neron struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Raimundo Sanduru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stuartt FC. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Romulo Bikendi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Matxin in the 41st minute of play forced Stuartt FC's goalkeeper Eleuterio Remigio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eusebio Neron to make the kick off. Dario Matxin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Eleuterio Remigio made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Macedo AFC's Candido Txeru got a free kick in the 55th minute. A collision led to Macedo AFC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Benicio Montes hit a great ball. Candido Txeru kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Stuartt FC's goalkeeper Eleuterio Remigio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Matxin. The audience was convinced that Eusebio Neron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raimundo Sanduru was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Macedo AFC's goalkeeper Raimundo Sanduru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Neron in the 70th minute of play forced Macedo AFC's goalkeeper Raimundo Sanduru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stuartt FC's Eleuterio Remigio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Frances in the 74th minute of play. Eleuterio Remigio made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Dario Matxin sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dario Matxin got free with Eleuterio Remigio in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dionisio Suero took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eleuterio Remigio. Eleuterio Remigio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Romulo Bikendi struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute.
