Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Thomas Shelby made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dionisio Maju during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 15 minutes, Donato Rencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Basail F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Donato Rencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute Thomas Shelby shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Sidro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th match minute, Sacachispas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Bartuelo to maneuver through the defense. In the 22ndth minute of the game Godfredo Tuste who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sacachispas FC's Jorge Sidro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Desiderio Roano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Vela having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, Sacachispas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Dimas to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thomas Shelby in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jorge Sidro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeronimo Vela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Vigil in the 37th minute of play. If Aaron Elazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 42nd minute Sergio Vigil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Vela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Batista received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jeronimo Vela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Sergio Vigil kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jeronimo Vela. That made the score 1-0 in the 47 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sergio Vigil was the one to do the kick off. Jeronimo Vela stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sergio Vigil's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Aaron Elazar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sacachispas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Elazar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jorge Sidro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thomas Shelby sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 86 minutes into the match, Sergio Vigil had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jeronimo Vela. Basail F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sergio Vigil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A collision led to Basail F.C. getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Godfredo Tuste hit a great ball.
