If Elvio Bonifaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, Elvio Bonifaco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 12 minutes, Cleto Feliu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Chanchon League's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cleto Feliu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Neron in the 14th minute of play forced La Chanchon League's goalkeeper Roman Salvator to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, German Baristo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Chanchon League's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 7 de enero deportivo the free kick. After 17 played minutes, 7 de enero deportivo's Enginsu Sarif shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roman Salvator came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in 7 de enero deportivo reached it. In the 19th minute, Jonathan Bidari hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute of the match German Baristo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bat Man showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Roman Salvator was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 47th minute, Jorge Gonza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roman Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angelino Pirro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half 7 de enero deportivo were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Elvio Bonifaco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Elvio Bonifaco kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After 58 minutes of play, 7 de enero deportivo's Paolo Neron made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roman Salvator was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roman Salvator came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by 7 de enero deportivo's Angelino Pirro. But to his dismay, Angelino Pirro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Bat Man showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elvio Bonifaco in the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind La Chanchon League's goalkeeper Roman Salvator, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fausto Dolcet during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to 7 de enero deportivo getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Fausto Dolcet hit a great ball. Ignacio Roderigo kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Elvio Bonifaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Angelino Pirro could shoot a difficult shot in the 82nd minute, which Roman Salvator however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Feliu in the 83rd minute of play forced 7 de enero deportivo's goalkeeper Bat Man to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Elvio Bonifaco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Diego Belmiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 93rd minute Adolfo Heli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bat Man saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 7 de enero deportivo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
