Chalo FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leandro Brun to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Chalo FC got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Theodore. In the 54th minute of the match Benito Reyes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Denílson Ferreira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Chalo FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Candido Sabino hit a great ball. Denílson Ferreira acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 57th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Benito Reyes. In the 67th minute, Şentürk Özgiray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonatan Tolino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 70 played minutes Chalo FC got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Teodor. Amancio Gora hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. If Leandro Brun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Denílson Ferreira made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Igor Benet sent off a good shot on target. 79 minutes into the game, Delmar Teodor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chalo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Atletico Peñarol the free kick. Delmar Teodor kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 81 minutes, Amadeo Calisto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atletico Peñarol and the Chalo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Amadeo Calisto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonatan Tolino in the 91st minute of play forced Chalo FC's goalkeeper Denílson Ferreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leandro Brun received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Denílson Ferreira came out and tried to block the shot, but Leandro Brun slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 94th minute. Club Atletico Peñarol's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
