But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albino Etxepare couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Wallace's goalkeeper Armando Henrico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Patagonia FC's Serafin Izotz got control of the ball when Marcelo Barto tried to sneak it across the goal line. The throw-in from Silvano Marz in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Deportivo Wallace's Marcelo Barto. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natalio Todor got free with Serafin Izotz in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serafin Izotz was a little too slow when Primitivo Bonadona got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 1-0. Albino Etxepare sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basilio Aznar in the 32nd minute of play forced Patagonia FC's goalkeeper Serafin Izotz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natalio Todor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Wallace's Basilio Aznar got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute Basilio Aznar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafin Izotz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natalio Todor charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natalio Todor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 40 played minutes Deportivo Wallace got a freekick which was hit by Natalio Todor. In the 41st minute of the match Maximo Senon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Armando Henrico showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Serafin Izotz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcelo Barto in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Albino Etxepare notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Deportivo Wallace's Armando Henrico. Armando Henrico was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Albino Etxepare succeeded in the game's 48th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basilio Aznar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Armando Henrico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Albino Etxepare in the 54th minute of the match. Marcelo Barto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Serafin Izotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, one of Patagonia FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 61st minute there was a penalty for Deportivo Wallace. Basilio Aznar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Serafin Izotz. 2-2. Deportivo Wallace's attentive Primitivo Bonadona managed to snatch the ball when Maximo Senon made a throw-in in the 64th minute of the game. Damian Gomesano hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Serafin Izotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celestino Omero in the 76th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Patagonia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basilio Aznar came free, but Serafin Izotz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 85th minute by Albino Etxepare got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Armando Henrico had great luck who in the 87thth minute grab hold of the ball when Albino Etxepare from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albino Etxepare in the 89th minute of play forced Deportivo Wallace's goalkeeper Armando Henrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patagonia FC's Serafin Izotz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Aznar in the 92nd minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
