The audience thought a goal was coming when Florencio Txanton got free with Raimundo Ferman in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute Matias Betadur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Frances saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Leopoldo Rosio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raimundo Ferman was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Bram Booy. Raimundo Ferman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florencio Txanton went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 23rd match minute, Club Almagro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Rosio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Dep. Tarrito's zone, Cleto Pirmin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Frances came out of the goal and Cleto Pirmin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Betadur in the 28th minute of play forced Dep. Tarrito's goalkeeper Angelo Frances to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Florencio Txanton made a precise shot to the right of Raimundo Ferman. Club Almagro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Angelo Frances showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Braulio Jokin, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Florencio Txanton cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Raimundo Ferman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Angelo Frances made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Betadur in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute Matias Betadur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Frances saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Dep. Tarrito's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Jokin came free, but Angelo Frances reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Frances showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Betadur in the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Florencio Txanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteban Nel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Angelo Frances made a huge save. Despite this Angelo Frances quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dep. Tarrito were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
