In the 2nd match minute, Club Atletico Wamyc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Veronica to maneuver through the defense. Benigno Abilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Lisandro Iratze tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Club Atletico Wamyc's Lázaro Lapurdi got control of the ball when Dante Sagrario tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eulalio Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Dante Sagrario's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Lázaro Lapurdi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a little luck, Club Atletico Wamyc's Lázaro Lapurdi got control of the ball when Dante Sagrario tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dante Sagrario received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lázaro Lapurdi came out and tried to block the shot, but Dante Sagrario slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 34th minute. Lázaro Lapurdi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dante Sagrario in the 38th minute. Alfredo Veronica blasted a shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lisandro Iratze having to make a save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dante Sagrario to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Benigno Abilio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benigno Abilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Iratze having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Silvio Ederono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute, Benigno Abilio fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 72 minutes of play, Ituzaingó AFC's Freddy Liher made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lázaro Lapurdi was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dante Sagrario in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lázaro Lapurdi saved Club Atletico Wamyc from getting behind. Alfredo Veronica hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Dante Sagrario's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lázaro Lapurdi was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Benigno Abilio might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lisandro Iratze. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benigno Abilio ran back to his position shaking his head. Club Atletico Wamyc's Lázaro Lapurdi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Sagrario in the 93rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Benigno Abilio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Wamyc's supporters rose to their feet, but Benigno Abilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lisandro Iratze breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
