Loncopué's Leonardo Ciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Veronica in the 23rd minute of play. Donato Perico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Lapurdi having to interfere. In the 27th minute, Amadeo Soter hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Danilo Belarmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Ciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Belarmo in the 35th minute of play. Silvio Ederono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Leonardo Ciano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donato Perico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Danilo Belarmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danilo Belarmo struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Leonardo Ciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Wamyc. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Veronica in the 75th minute of play forced Loncopué's goalkeeper Leonardo Ciano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Wamyc's zone, Leonel Firmo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lázaro Lapurdi came out of the goal and Leonel Firmo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Eulalio Rubio in the 81st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Loncopué's Leonel Firmo. If Donato Perico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Transito hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute, Alfredo Veronica left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Wamyc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Club Atletico Wamyc had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
