After 10 played minutes ROSARIO got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Eneas. In the 22nd minute, Cornelio Henric ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciriaco Restu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Ciriaco Restu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Henric, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Victor Cordeiro hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 38 played minutes ROSARIO got a freekick which was hit by Ramiro Videl. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ciriaco Restu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ciriaco Restu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Pasqual, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Ciriaco Restu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacobo Gonsalve in the 42nd minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gualterio Firmin made a kick off. Gualterio Firmin scored 1-2 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Julian Abeita, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Israel Cordarin came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the ROSARIO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Israel Cordarin couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 61 minutes, Ciriaco Restu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, ROSARIO's Ciriaco Restu got control of the ball when Teodoro Rafe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Romulo Dominguez hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Ciriaco Restu came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by La Vagancia's Jacobo Gonsalve. But to his dismay, Jacobo Gonsalve quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. ROSARIO's Ciriaco Restu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Gonsalve in the 75th minute of play. Teodoro Rafe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ciriaco Restu having to interfere. The supporters of La Vagancia booed when ROSARIO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aristides Basajaun didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Gonsalve in the 84th minute of play forced ROSARIO's goalkeeper Ciriaco Restu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arsenio Eneas during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to ROSARIO getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Arsenio Eneas hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded La Vagancia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ROSARIO.
